One on one coaching is a personalized experience ranging from one month to on-going depending on your goals. My work with clients spans from preparing for a new job search or interview, to boosting confidence in creating lasting friendships, to learning to trust yourself and others. Coaching provides the time, space and focus you need to look at what you want or need next in life.

In this 6 week program, we’ll uncover the fears and mindsets causing you to doubt yourself and begin building new habits leading to increased confidence. At the end of this program, you’ll have the strategies needed to thrive under stress, improve performance at school or work, experience greater freedom from anxiety, and create the relationships you want.
